2008-2009 Registration & Tryouts

The Danvers Youth Hockey registration and tryout dates for 2008 - 2009 teams are listed below. Please mark your calendars!

USA Hockey Age Classifications for the 2008 - 2009 Season
Mites - 2000 and younger
Squirts - 1998 - 1999
Peewees - 1996 - 1997
Bantams - 1994 - 1995
Midgets - 1993 - High School Senior

Every player trying out is required to attend BOTH tryout sessions for their respective level (where 2 tryout dates are listed). To reduce confusion, you are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the tryout to finalize the registration process.

NOTE - Before a player can tryout for a 2008 - 2009 team the following 2 requirements must be met:

1 - All account balances for the 2007 - 2008 season MUST be paid in full. All balances for the current season were due by December 1st, 2007.
2 - A $300 per player ($600 family maximum) registration fee needs to be paid to DYH.

Registration materials are below. Please fill out the Registration Form and USA Hockey Liability Waiver, and review the Code of Conduct with your player(s). Then on the night of the tryout bring in the forms and fee.
